Emerging in San Marcos, Texas in the golden age of Summer 2014, Harsh Mellow has improvised together in the corners of coffee shops, hookah bars, craft breweries, basketball courts, around campfires…. and most frequently Austin comedy theatres: Fallout and Coldtowne.
